Tomlinson M. Holman, who is often called the Father of Surround, is the creator of THX, which the movie industry has been using for theaters since the early 1980s, and represents premium quality both in theater and home theater systems.
Mr. Holman left Lucasfilm in 1994 to start his own company, and continue his research in entertainment technologies. His new company, TMH Corporation, has made many significant contributions to the professional audio industry.
